Jazz Show. Jazz by the Sea and some Music on the Green picnicking. Summertime Jazz outdoor on the grass overlooking the Pacific ocean. This was the second annual “Jazz By The Sea” hosted by St. Peter’s By The Sea,

A fantastic feeling of cool music made a fun afternoon for all in attendance. This is a small sampling of the music and day. If you were there – Share and brag some in the comments.
Featuring George Kahn’s Jazz and Blues Review with fantastic players on the stage.
- Grant Geissman on Gitar
- George Kahn on Piano
- Dan Schnelle on Drums
- Aubrey Situmorang on Bass Guitar
Singers:
- Cristal Starr Knighton vocals
- Courtney Lemmon vocals
- Macain Treat vocals and skat

For the delicious vocals to round out the evening there was male singer unfortunately not included in this selection of clips. If you know St Peter’s by the Sea, you are aware of this talent and often enjoy his vocal chops.
This audio file is taped via a static microphone. For a more robust sound quality and to enjoy the Full selection and Full dynamic impact I suggest you go to George Kahn dot com to buy his music. This man is IMHO a very smooth piano player with super Jazz credentials.
I’m a fan. Not quite a groupie - But I have seen him play – Live and In Person at:
Vibrato, The Catalina Café, The Corner Pocket ( private in MDR) and other places.
He and his Jazz and Blues Review often is invited to play at the LACMA stage too.

The lead singer Courtney Lemmon has a very wide range of music to enjoy and with many musicians, who obviously fight to get her to perform with them.

Thank you to my friends, Fred and Joanne for inviting us. We all need music enablers and friends to encourage us. I likewise want to encourage you to enjoy this music sample and then go out and find some LIVE music somewhere to take in in person. Please support Live Performances. Put a donation into the tip jar or that guitar case.

These professionals have put in many hours to perfect their skills. They need to be given a little bit of love for the performance that they are able to share with you. It took many hours of lessons and practice to get there. Share a little. More if you are able. Please buy their CD’s or Spotify or Apple music if you want a Digital copy of their works.

Thanks for a Like and let me know if you like this format of a show sampler better than my typical – One Song at a Time – type of video format. Sincerely Keith the Jazz Fan.

PS we hope to get back to having mini concert-like events in the “Jazz At The V” in the near future. That is where we host hot and edgy jazz for the real Jazz Lovers out there in Los Angeles.
