Wheeler F.A.T. Wrench Auto Torque Test | Faster, Smarter Scope Mounting?

We put the Wheeler F.A.T. Wrench Auto Torque to the test—and added a little pressure: a head-to-head challenge against traditional tools during a scope ring install. With 12 screws to torque and a clock ticking, we see just how fast (and user-friendly) this new setup is.

Unlike the classic version, the Auto Torque model works like a drill, automatically stopping at your selected torque setting—here, we used 18 inch-pounds. It’s compact, rechargeable, comes with common bits, and even has a built-in light to make black-on-black installs less frustrating.
