Units of 120-mm self-propelled guns 2S9 "Nona-S" of the Ulyanovsk paratroopers destroyed a UAV control point on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region.

Artillery units of 120-mm self-propelled guns 2S9 "Nona-S" of the Ulyanovsk paratroopers from the "Dnepr" group of forces are constantly conducting combat operations to destroy the manpower and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region.

During aerial reconnaissance, unmanned aircraft operators discovered in the depths of the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in the basement of a dilapidated building abandoned by civilians, a control center for unmanned aerial vehicles. This center was used to launch reconnaissance and attack drones.

The command of the airborne assault regiment decided to destroy the target with self-propelled artillery fire. The coordinates of the enemy UAV launcher were immediately transmitted to the artillery control point for its destruction.

The crew of the 120-mm self-propelled gun "Nona-S" of the Russian paratroopers marched to the firing position and, after aiming, hit the target with three shots, leaving the crew of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' UAV under the ruins of the building. Acting professionally, decisively, and in a coordinated manner, the artillerymen of the "winged infantry" successfully eliminated the Ukrainian drone operators. After completing the combat mission, the crew changed firing positions.

Reconnaissance of enemy targets, fire adjustment, and objective control of target destruction by a self-propelled gun were carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles.
