Herculiner Day 1
In this video I attempt to start the process of the Herculiner I bought from Amazon. After removing the plastic bedliner from the back of a truck I ran into the 1st initial problem and that was rust spots in the back of the bed. After evaluating my options, I decided I would cut the rust spots out and weld in some new sheet metal and then coat It with primer before I install the Hercule liner. We did run into some interesting problems when we tried to Weld the sheet metal back into the bed. It kept catching on fire. We solve this issue with a method that is slightly unconventional but works.
