Welcome. This is literally my second breakfast that I eat after drinking my 1st Breakfast. Boiled eggs don’t have to be bland. This is how I have them. Make sure what you consume is compatible with anything else you’re putting in your body.

Optimal Benefits: This version includes turmeric, which contains curcumin, a strong anti-inflammatory with antioxidant properties. Inflammation is to be avoided, Esp for cardiovascular health. Curcumin can help relax blood vessels for healthy blood. The compounds curcumin and peperine’s bioavailability effectiveness are enhanced when mixed.

And of course, the boiled water never goes to waste during the growing season.
