Fosi ZA-3: KILLER in bugdet class.

Another Fosi ZA-3 sample. I am still shocked. Don't get me wrong: sound quality is far from Sugden A21, but hey! Sugden is 30x more expensive! However for 100€ we are talking about very decent amp with just charming midrange, decent bass and a bit rolled off highs. Overall presentation is very laid back and friendly. Obviously: sound control, dynamics and details are far from Sugden level, but definitely not 2900€ far. Fosi is budget amp not sounding like a budget amp. Very pleasant sounding device, indeed, but do not expect high-end sound. It's just good amp ridiculously priced. Playing better than some 10-20x more expensive amps. The midrange is soft, full, mellow and very engaging. You can forget all budget amps in AB Class. Their sound is aggressive, dry and unpleasant in comparison. I decided to keep Fosi for second system dedicated to folk, jazz, generally acoustic music.
