The Buddha's here is saying we take no prisoners. There's no exceptions. All he says it very plainly, all things are impermanent. All phenomena are subject to arising and passing away. The Buddha didn't mince words and he did not beat around the bush. He said very clearly what needed to be said, and here he doesn't mince words. All things are impermanent. All phenomena are subject to arising and passing away. This, one could say, this is the essence Of buddhist wisdom.
