Starting a New Antistasi Guerilla Movement on Altis

I thought about it for a while, and the rebel subfaction makes more sense if I have a bunch more players on the server. Since it's just me for now, I decided to start over without them and just do classic anti-stasi. Altis instead of Malda, since I didn't want it to get stale.
