Israel's Air Defenses Collapse — Iran's Missiles Strike with Fury!

Right, so the tables have turned massively on Israel amid the latest strikes by Iran and we know this because they’ve instigated news blackouts as Iran launched their strikes and anyone caught filming the scenes of deeply embarrassing devastation, as those much vaunted Israeli air defences fail repeatedly, faces being arrested and charged with no less a crime than aiding and abetting the enemy during wartime. More than protecting their own people with information during that wartime via the media, Israel shuts it down to protect its own narratives and propaganda, but its not something they can control, even as they ban all media from the city of Haifa entirely, because that’s not suspicious at all is it, begs the question given that’s one of Israel’s biggest port and the site of their largest oil refinery, just what exactly has happened there therefore?
Israel is being left in ruins and it cares more about optics than its own people.
From Iran’s perspective though, their actions in Israel have exceeded even their expectations and they promise further new surprises for the genocidal apartheid state if they carry on with their ongoing unprovoked attack on their sovereign territory.
Right, so as we know the Israeli regime has carried out unprovoked military assaults on Iranian soil, targeting not only nuclear facilities but also military infrastructure and scientific personnel in a series of reckless escalations, escalations which have very quickly moved onto striking their more customary targets, as seen in Gaza, which have included civilian infrastructure, student dormitories, and now they’ve started targeting hospitals too. However, for as much as Israel hails massive successes in its media, it’s frankly a narrative that’d make North Korea blush, because in reality, the Israeli government has found itself reeling under the crushing weight of Iran's calculated and forceful retaliations. As Iran continue to escalate their Operation True Promise III, as Israel still haven’t got the message to stop - and why would they when Benjamin Netanyahu gives the orders and when things get a bit tricky he runs away to Greece? The Islamic Republic of Iran has launched a blistering counteroffensive that has left significant portions of Tel Aviv, Haifa, and key military sites in ruins. Yet, despite the immense damage, the Israeli regime has activated a comprehensive media blackout, blinding its own people and, in their hopes, the world, in a desperate bid to conceal just how much destruction has been wrought on them.
According to the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, the IRGC, the scale of damage inflicted upon Israel in this latest phase of Iran's counterattack has "far exceeded" what the regime anticipated. Iranian ballistic and cruise missiles have torn through Israel's much-vaunted Iron Dome defences as though they were paper mache. Infrastructure in Tel Aviv and Haifa was struck directly, including electrical substations, transportation hubs, and a major weapons manufacturing site. Videos, which have managed to escape Israel's censorship, show towering infernos in the heart of Israeli cities and thick plumes of smoke billowing from military installations.
Among the most severe hits was the Nevatim Airbase in the Negev Desert, home base to Israel’s F-35’s, which are not safe from Iranian attack themselves, and Benjamin Netanyahu’s getaway vehicle, also known as his Air Force One knock-off Wing of Zion. Nevatim is a strategic facility central to Israeli air force operations and it has suffered extensive structural damage. In addition to Nevatim, at least four other bases were also struck, disrupting Israeli radar, command and control capabilities, and munitions storage. These attacks have exposed gaping vulnerabilities in Israel's defence systems and raised serious doubts about their technological superiority.
As the sirens blared across Israel and missiles rained from the skies, the Israeli government responded not with transparency, not with information messaging to protect their people, not with news of where exactly is imperilled at that precise moment in time, but with complete media suppression. A total news blackout was imposed. Live aerial feeds were banned, social media posts showing explosions were prohibited, and citizens were warned that sharing footage of Iranian strikes could amount to aiding the enemy in wartime, criminalising free speech.
This clampdown on information is not only undemocratic; it is truly dangerous, the Israeli government is literally endangering the lives of its own people. By preventing citizens from understanding the true extent of the threat, the Israeli government has put its own population at greater risk. In times of crisis, accurate information saves lives. Instead, Israel are choosing concealment over safety and silence over accountability to save their own blushes.
Despite their immense capacity for retaliation, Iran has made it explicitly clear that they are still exercising restraint. Iranian Major General Mohsen Rezaei stated that Iran has "not deployed all our capabilities," warning that a full escalation could plunge the entire region into chaos and they don’t wish to do that.
Iran has however, also warned civilians in Tel Aviv to evacuate for their own safety, some 430,000 people live in Tel Aviv, not wishing to harm civilians, and given Donald Trump made the same statement with regards to Tehran in a much publicised message on his garbage Truth Social platform, you might think this goes both ways. Now evacuation is obviously not a simple matter, but its also not an equal matter if you compare Tel Aviv to Tehran, which Trump has demanded be evacuated. The population of Tehran alone is higher not just than Tel Aviv, telling the entire population of Tehran to evacuate is the equivalent of telling the whole of Israel to evacuate. 9.7 million people live in Israel as a whole and also Tehran. In fact if you expand that area to the entire metropolitan area of Tehran, the population shoots up to 16.8 million people. Comparing one foreign city to another is easily done and people don’t necessarily give a lot of thought to it, but Tehran is multiple times larger than Tel Aviv, so the two being told to evacuate? Well it doesn’t actually compare.
A critical catalyst for this escalation was the recent uncovering of a deep-rooted Mossad sabotage network operating within Iran. Iranian intelligence forces dismantled an operation that had been smuggling drone components and explosives into the country for attacks on sensitive infrastructure. Over 200 kilograms of explosives, 23 drone launchers, controllers, and a modified Nissan vehicle were seized amid multiple arrests. These were not petty acts of espionage but a large-scale covert operation orchestrated by Tel Aviv to destabilise Iran from within that has now been foiled.
Evidence suggests that many of the attacks on Iran’s nuclear and military sites over recent months originated from within its own borders, executed by Israeli operatives and local collaborators. The exposure of a secret drone launch base inside Iran—complete with weapons stockpiles and command equipment—further vindicates Tehran’s long-standing warnings about foreign infiltration.
But while Iran has targeted military installations and issued warnings to civilians, Israel has shown no such restraint. In an attack that is just par for the course for what we’ve seen by Israel across Gaza, an Israeli missile strike on a civilian hospital in Iran has killed 45 women and children and injured at least 75 others.
Striking hospitals and civilian infrastructure has increasingly become the signature of Israel's military policy, be damned if its against the Geneva Conventions, when do they ever get applied to Israel, therefore what will make them stop? These are deliberate, cynical tactics of terror meant to break the will of civilian populations, that should be decried, that have earned Netanyahu that arrest warrant against him, but who will enforce it? That too many in the international community continue to turn a blind eye to these war crimes speaks volumes about the double standards governing global politics, all the more so when we’re seeing the same state actors exposing themselves as total hypocrites when you compare this situation to that between Russia and Ukraine.
In response to Iran's strikes, Israel has doubled down on its censorship campaign. Journalists are barred from reporting on the location and impact of missile hits, they’ve actually been banned from Haifa now entirely. Even footage of Israel's own failing air defence systems—with interceptor missiles malfunctioning and crashing into residential areas as seen in leaked footage available online—has been censored to preserve the illusion of control, though in this instance clearly to no avail.
This attempt at enforcing aniron grip on the flow of information reveals a government more concerned with optics than with truth. And yet, the footage keeps leaking, thanks to the persistence of some Israeli citizens and global activists who refuse to be silenced, not to mention of course, people in Lebanon and Palestine and Jordan can see much of this too and are sharing it nonetheless.
As Iran continues its Operation True Promise III, the IRGC has indicated that the next phase will be longer and more intense than the previous eight phases, with additional surprises in store for Israel if they don’t call it quits. Already, the strikes have targeted Israel's command and control systems—a clear escalation in strategic targeting meant to undermine the regime's military coordination and response capabilities.
The events unfolding now in the Middle East demand more than passive observation. Whether one supports Israel, Iran, or neither, personally I am, as I always will be on matters like this, on the side of the innocents caught in the middle, but the censorship of war footage, the criminalization of truth-telling, and the disregard for international law that Israel is instigating should continue to concern us all.
Israel’s choice to implement a media blackout is not a mark of strength, but of fear. Its efforts to criminalise filming and sharing of wartime destruction as "aiding the enemy" are not only morally reprehensible but legally dubious. The fact that citizens could potentially face prison time for posting videos of bombed-out power plants or malfunctioning Iron Dome interceptors is a clear violation of freedom of expression and democratic norms.
At the same time, Iran has made it unmistakably clear that it has the capability to do far more damage, but – and obviously we only have their word for this – are choosing not to. You just feel that anyone else is frankly going to be more honest than Israel though. At the end of the day Iran were very much the ones who were attacked, so this is not a nation that went looking for war, but it is a nation with every right to defend itself.
In light of Israeli censorship and the depravity of its government, silence is not neutrality. It is complicity. We in the international community, journalists, human rights organisations must continue to speak out and break that enforced silence, undermine Israel’s suppression of news and confront the truth. The truth that Israel's aggression, its suppression of dissent, and its calculated attacks on civilians have brought upon it a response it can no longer manage—and certainly no longer hide.
The myth of invulnerability that Israel has cultivated for decades lies in smouldering ruins in Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Nevatim and no blackout, no censorship, no regime decree will be able to keep that truth buried and certainly this channel will keep bringing it to you and in that vein the very latest news as I was writing this is that in retaliation for Israel having targeted the IRIB television studio’s in Tehran yesterday, Iran have successfully just hit Mossad HQ and the headquarters of the IDF’s shady cyber warfare outfit, Unit 8200. Israel would hate it if you knew that.
For more on what Iran might have up its sleeve yet in its retaliations on Israel, a flavour of that can be found in this video recommendation here, where it is claimed that Iran have managed to turn Israel’s multi-layered air defences on each other, perhaps explaining why so much Iranian ordnance is finding its mark, so do check that out as your next watch.
Please do also hit like, share and subscribe if you haven’t done so already so as to ensure you don’t miss out on all new daily content as well as spreading the word and helping to support the channel at the same time which is very much appreciated, holding power to account for ordinary working class people and I will hopefully catch you on the next vid. Cheers folks.
