5 Advantages of Running and Exercising Around Large Malls

1. There are many people doing some form of exercise. Running, biking and walking and walking their dog. So you will not feel awkward because there are many of you exercising.

2. There are dedicated lanes for running and/or biking - so you know the place was put up for public use for biking and running. You feel safer compared to running in the sidewalks because of the dedicated running lanes.

3. The malls have stores with cheaper prices to buy drinks and food than just relying on a 711 and and you also have more food and drink options to choose from.

4. There are more places to relax, and visit.

5. You feel safer because security personnel are almost always checking the place.

I finished at least 7.8 KM in the mall that day before I stopped running. But I also ran and brisk walked going home so I have a total of 12.43 km that day.
