As my last freezer bag of last-summer's panfish came out of the freezer, I thought of recording my cooking method to go along with a recent practice song from William Leavitt's guitar method, volume I. Really, the recipe can be used for frying any kind of fish and it is a common method, by which many things can be fried, including schnitzel. Love, TKP.
