Why is infant mortality higher for black babies?

Regardless of how much money their parents make, black babies in Ohio are nearly three times as likely to die before their first birthday as white babies. Why? We talked to Todd Portune, co-founder of Cradle Cincinnati, about the organization's efforts to find out.
