The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom | Side Quest | Out of Bubble Kelp

This is a side quest called Out of Bubble Kelp in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. You go to the Business Scrub near the Zora area and early in the game the Business Scrub needs help finding Bubble Kelp. Head to the Zora town in the middle of the water. Buy 3 Bubble Kelp and give them to the Business Scrub and end the side quest.
