Connecticut allows minors to receive "gender affirming surgery." Such permanent decisions are difficult to make, and all too often there is post-surgery regret as the person matures to adulthood. We tried to ban these life-altering procedures for minors, however the Democrats refused to limit this multi-billion dollar business. #CTweCANdoBETTER
