Military values are crucial because they shape character, guide actions, and ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the military as a whole. These values, such as loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage, form the foundation of military culture and provide a moral compass for Soldiers and Airmen in all situations, both on and off duty.
