Subjects Discussed:
1 - Being all One, what you offer others you experience yourself.
2 - You heal or poison yourself with every thought you think of self or others.
3 - If a brother offers you an unloving thoughts, that is actually an appeal for help and healing.
4 - Your brother is not separate from you. This is what the ego wants you to believe. that you can hurt them without hurting yourself.
5 - The ego can throw a thousand reason why you should judge another. There is only one proper response to that, forgiveness.
6 - Salvation(freeing yourself from the ego's tools and mindset) comes from complete forgiveness.
7 - Your brothers are projections of your internal belief and conditioning.
8 - There is no way for you to have true peace as long as you are holding unto any unforgiving thought.
9 - You are not greater than any or lower than any.
10 - God does not forgive because He has never judged.
11 - Forgiveness heals you from the heavy burden of judgment.
12 - Forgive and you will have peace.
13 - Don't carry a grudge cause when you do know the other guy is out there dancing.
14 - Love created you to love, and forgiveness is one of God numerous expression
15 - Grace is not a reward, it is a gift.
16 - God wants you to forgive yourself, so that He can complies through you what He has created you to do.
17 - Your job is the miracle(shift in perception from fear to love), the miracles extension is God's job.
18 - Judgment is of the ego, thus in reality it is not real or true.
19 - Always do the opposite of what the ego demands.
20 - Withhold forgiveness from another and you withhold peace from yourself.
21 - Your judgment of another is in essence a judgment of the journey they have co-designed wit God.
22 - Whatever people say to you, you always have the responsibility to define what they say. Define it as a call for help and healing and you will have peace.
23 - Every interaction is a gift from God and them to you, an opportunity to practice forgiveness and thus to recall that in any situation you can choose peace.
24 - Being all One, as you forgive "others," you forgive parts of yourself.
25 - Forgiveness breaks the chain to the ego's tools, mindset and world. It takes you from the hellish mindset to the heavenly mindset.
26 - Forgive another and you free yourself. Judge another and you will burden yourself.
27 - Forgiveness is your function as Love's child and creation.
28 - Remember to ask for help in forgiving self or others. The spiritual world must usually be ask for them to interfere/help.
29 - If you are having a hard time forgiving a brother, ask God to forgive them for you. Let The Light lead the way. Then follow.
30 - ACIM says all you need is a little willingness, a crack for the light to enter, a muster seed of faith.
31 - Would you rather be right or happy.
32 - Become pro-active. Have a goal set before the interaction. Remind yourself: "All that I give my brother I will feel and experience myself".
33 - During the interaction, remind yourself of your goal. After the interaction see how well or not well you did, correct yourself to be better ready for the next interaction.
34 - Remind yourself, every brother you meet, is offering you to the opportunity to become who God created you to be, the light of the world.
35 - Every person we meet has the opportunity to become a savior for us. They can help free us from a world we no longer want. Thank them for this.
36 - Learn to set up self-loving boundaries. Learn to say No from a place of love.

Lesson 126. All that I give is given to myself.

1. Today’s idea, completely alien to the ego and the thinking of the world, is crucial to the thought reversal that this course will bring about...

2. Let us consider what you do believe, in place of this idea...

3. When you “forgive” a sin, there is no gain to you directly...

4. Thus is forgiveness basically unsound; a charitable whim, benevolent yet undeserved, a gift bestowed at times, at other times withheld...

5. If this be true, forgiveness has no grounds on which to rest dependably and sure...

6. You do not understand forgiveness...

7. Not having given Him the gift He asks of you, you cannot recognize His gifts, and think He has not given them to you...

8. Today we try to understand the truth that giver and receiver are the same...

9. Give fifteen minutes twice today to the attempt to understand today’s idea....

10. In silence, close your eyes upon the world that does not understand forgiveness, and seek sanctuary in the quiet place where thoughts are changed and false beliefs laid by....

11. As often as you can, remind yourself you have a goal today; an aim which makes this day of special value to yourself and all your brothers...
