Glancing Collision, CEDAR POINT, June 16, 2026 - At approximately 10:40 am on June 16, 2025, the driver of a black Dodge pickup was east-bound on US-190 West. As the driver was passing Pine Forest Baptist Church, the driver of a navy blue Chevy Tahoe pulled out of the parking lot failing to yield to the Dodge. The driver of the Dodge cut left, but it wasn't enough as the vehicles collided with a glancing blow send both to the west-bound side of 190 where they came to rest. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Onalaska Volunteer Fire Department, Deputy Keegan Newman with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Troopers Sean Barnes, Nick Hatton, and Johnny Wilkerson. The driver of the Tahoe will likely be cited for failing to yield. There were no serious injuries. Larry's Towing and recovery was summoned to clean up the mess.
