Center Line police officer charged with sex assault

Instead of in a uniform, Officer George Tacket was on the wrong side of prosecutors Wednesday in Hazel Park court. The officer is facing charges for an alleged Nov. 10 sexual assault, including criminal sexual penetration, which is punishable by life in prison if found guilty.
