Layered sushi cake

The classic sushi filling in completely new forms.
Choose your favorite sushi filling or do as we do and decorate the "cake" with:

Sushi rice (500 g is used here for a whole layer cake)
seaweed
Salmon
Avocado
Sesame

The "cake" is prepared by alternately arranging:

algae
rice
salmon
avocado
layer upon layer in a springform pan.
Remember to place a piece of baking paper on the bottom and grease the edges so that the "layer cake" can come out easily.
