Rural in the Mountains

A real day of mountain village life — the kind not everyone can handle.
In the morning, I planted beans in the garden. Then my son and I flipped the hay so it could dry under the sun. In the afternoon, I went into the forest to gather elderflowers — we'll make a fragrant and healthy syrup from them. And by evening, tired but determined, we brought the hay to the stable together.
This isn’t a vacation — it’s real life. And we love it.
