Shepherd Bible Service June 15, 25 Father's Day

Taking a break from Revelation in honor of Father's day, Pastor Jim spoke to us today on Genesis 22:18 in a sermon titled, "The Making of a Man of Faith." In this sermon, Pastor drew lessons for us on God's request to Abraham that he sacrifice his son. Pastor pointed out this is an example of for us. A point that Pastor covered in some depth. He also covered the idea of the Lord providing the lamb, substitutionary atonement, the central idea of Christian faith.
