As long as it's a light drizzle , on & off ; I don't mind fishing in the rain. It does
stink to dawn all that hot, rain gear & NOT get bit - but this was NOT the case.
1st big female #largemouth of the season ; & she plum jumped clean out the water 3 times trying to shake them hooks! What a great little session to test out the new (to me) Ugly Stik Carbon graphite cranking rod. Enjoy!
