Downtown Overland Park Car Show - June 12th, 2025

I arrived early to try and get a good spot for my Miata at the Downtown Overland Park Car Show. Being one of the early birds I was able to video some of the other cars arriving. By 6:00 PM, the car show was in full force, with plenty of car enthusiasts and on-lookers perusing through the lineup of cars. At one point, I helped a guy named David, on a yellow V8 motorcycle, help get a better spot inside the show. A few of the later cars had to park over in Strang Halls parking lot.

About an hour and 15 minutes into the event, some angry clouds started t gather overhead, and unfortunately it decided to let loose a good rain shower. A rain that convinced plenty of car owners to pack it up and head for home. Thus the car show ended abruptly as everyone scattered for cover or an umbrella. Well, there's always next year.
