4 detainees escape from New Jersey ICE facility

Four detainees escaped from the Delaney Hall immigration detention center in Newark, New Jersey, following what officials described as an “uprising” tied to food access issues.

The men, identified as Honduran and Colombian nationals previously arrested for serious crimes, broke through a wall and remain at large.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information on their whereabouts.

The incident has sparked scrutiny over facility conditions, with reports of food shortages and denied visitation.

Local leaders and lawmakers are demanding answers and calling for potential closure of the privately run facility, ABC News has reported.

The situation is under investigation by DHS and the FBI.
