Delicious Chili Mac & Cheese Recipe

This is a great one Pot Dinner, Chili Mac & Cheese is delicious with homemade Cornbread Muffins/Bread and a mixed Salad.

Chili Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
1 lb ground Beef
1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 Jalapeño, diced
3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp ground Cumin
2 tsp smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne (more if u like it spicy)
2-14.5 oz diced Tomatoes
1-15 oz Tomato Sauce
1-14.5 oz Beef Broth
1-15.5 oz Kidney Beans, drained
2 cups Elbow Macaroni Pasta
3 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
3 Green Onions, chopped (optional)

Heat Oil in large Pot on high Heat.
Brown the ground Beef.
(Note: if there is a lot of Liquid, remove it)
Add Onion, Bell Pepper, Jalapeño & Garlic, stir and cook.
Season with Chili Powder, Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Pepper & Cayenne, stirring.
Incorporate diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Beef Broth & Kidney Beans.
Combine well and cover with Lid & bring to a boil.
Remove Lid and add Elbow Macaroni Pasta, combine well.
Simmer until Pasta is cooked.
Remove from heat and stir in half of Cheddar Cheese.
Top with remaining Cheese & cover.
After Cheddar is melted sprinkle with Green Onions (optional) and serve.
