Note: Missing a few minutes at the end with a partial "Video Pick of The Week" and the recap with the "Thumbs Up/Down" segment. If Don has another copy all complete and not getting taped over or cut out, then I'll reupload it. This is a rare 1992 episode Larry doesn't have.

Gene Siskel & Roger Ebert reviews "Basic Instinct" (Despite of the controversy involving GLAAD and both Siskel & Ebert's criticism of the film, this was a very steamy and sexy provocative Exotic thriller with Michael Douglas as a detective Nick Curran investigating a psychotic and mysterious ice-pick killer and Sharon Stone as a seductive femme fatale and an author, Catherine Trammel whose the suspect of the murder. Don't bother with the stupid sequel from 2006 unless you're curious and want to see more of Trammel!); "American Dream"; "Howard's End"; "Shadows and Fog" and theatrical re-release of Orson Welles' adaptation of William Shakespeare's "Othello" (1952).

Video Pick of the Week: Siskel's pick is "A Kiss Before Dying" (1991). (An Excellent Provocative Thriller Remake! Starring: Matt Dillon and Sean Young. Directed By: James Readon.) Sadly, it's partial and the recap of Today's program is missing.

Recorded on KATU ABC 2 in Portland, Oregon with Commercials intact.
