Saudi Arabia ACCUSES Israel of Crimes Against Humanity

Saudi Arabia accused Israel of systematically obstructing humanitarian aid, targeting United Nations operations, and employing artificial intelligence in military operations that have killed thousands of civilians in Gaza.

In a powerful address at the International Court of Justice, Saudi legal representative Mohamed Saud Alnasser described Israel's actions as "barbarity" and "ethnic cleansing," warning that Israel's siege and bombardment of Gaza amounted to crimes against humanity.

Citing the deaths of over 51,000 Palestinians, 15,000 of them children, Alnasser urged the court to clearly define Israel's legal obligations under international humanitarian and human rights law, particularly its duty to allow humanitarian access and respect the rights of the Palestinian people.
