In our state budget, the Democrats gave free health insurance to illegal aliens, while under-funding special education. I asked the legislature to pick their priorities: special education children or illegal aliens. As you can see, the Republicans supported special ed children, whereas the Democrats supported illegal aliens. #CTweCANdoBETTER
