Yes, you read that right. The same man who claimed he was on his deathbed has apparently risen with just enough strength to file a bogus takedown request. And somehow, my hosting provider, WP Engine, bought the story and took down my entire website: https://www.dehek.com. Meanwhile, Shavez’s actual scam website at https://www.lquidpay.com remains live and operational. You couldn’t make this up.

This document accuses me of setting up a fraudulent mirror of his platform—a claim with no evidence, no legal merit, and no grounding in reality. He claims I'm impersonating his business, even though my blog clearly exposes his operation using publicly available records, regulatory warnings, and screenshots.

This masterpiece is riddled with buzzwords, dramatized injury, and fictitious financial losses. It includes terms like “emotional distress” and “reputational sabotage,” and claims I've cost him $300,000. It doesn’t cite a single court case, legal firm, or actual legal precedent. It’s a DIY lawsuit made in a chatbot.

*3. MEDICAL IMPACT & STROKE REPORT*

This one is both offensive and bizarre. He claims my YouTube videos caused a neurologically confirmed brain stroke, and even ropes in Bloomberg, saying the 2025 Bloomberg Documentary (where I was featured for exposing Ponzi schemes) triggered his collapse. He accuses Bloomberg reporter Alice Kantor of collaborating with me and violating journalistic ethics. Apparently, exposing scams now counts as attempted murder.
