Pinellas County family searching for answers in hit-and-run crash that killed their father

Deputies are attempting to locate and identify the driver of the second vehicle who struck Eric Feinstein, 64, and drove off, but as of December, have no answers. Currently, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating six open and unsolved hit-and-run cases.
