TNA Impact — I watched it, and folks, it was something else. Santino Marella — very funny, tremendous accent — opened the show and introduced The IInspiration. Let me tell you, Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay? Still have it. Looked incredible. Beat a couple of girls I’ve never heard of — Idolizer, BOOM, match over.
Then we had AJ Francis, big man with a big mouth, doing this “money money money” contest with a kid named Padro. Total setup. He picks the kid — great catchphrase — and then doesn’t even give him the money?! That’s called a scam, folks. Then out comes Trick Williams, the TNA World Champion — looks great, I’ll give him that.
Leon Slater — remember the name — hit a Swanton 450 Splash (YES, 450!) and beat Jason Hotch in a fun one.
Now we got an 8-4-1 women’s match. I don’t totally get it, but it was wild. Team Indi won, then fought each other immediately after — very tough. Killer Kelly — the name says it all — took the win and became #1 contender. She’s intense, folks.
Then we had The Hardys — LEGENDS — vs. Fir$t Cla$$. But Trick Williams ran in and ruined the whole thing! Total disrespect. Joe Hendry and Elijah came out — great guys — then The System ran in, total chaos. And finally, Leon Slater ran back out to help. TNA was WILD this week. Maybe the best show they’ve done in a long time. Very exciting. Maybe even better than Raw — and I don’t say that lightly!
