all i did was use console command to make smithing 100 from 83 and alchemy 100 from 89, the rest is LEGIT // also max legit enchanting potion is 32% from fortify alchemy enhantments/potions and max legit smithing potion is 127% from fortify alchemy enchantments.// max legit enchanting potency is 28% for all alchemy,smithing fortifications on clothing, from an enchanters elixir (25%) and max stats, then from there you make a custom enchanters potion of 32% and it snowballs from there into 29% for clothing and so on//there is no fortify enchanting fortifications on clothing
