Subjects Discussed:
1 - All of the ego's tools are symbols of death. Anger, resentment, fear, anxiousness, hate are all symbols of death.
2 - The ego's tools are both symbols of death and nothingness, not real or true.
3 - In each moment you are choosing your guide, life or death, God or the ego, light or darkness.
4 - You can view this world through the ego's lens(judgment/fear) or through God's eyes(love).
5 - No matter how "right" the geo says you are to use its tools, they will always fail you, they will never bring peace to your mind and joy to your heart.
6 - The ego can only sell you false power. The ego says judge another, thus you have power over them. But in reality it is your own thoughts that enslave you in the ego's mindset.
7 - God is All, thus the ego and its symbols of death are nothing, not real or true.
8 - Love is the foundation of all things, interaction, events. It is only the ego who fogs this truth over with its lies.
9 - In any situation, the choice for love is always one gentle choice away.
10 - If you are supporting the ego's tools/lies, you are supporting its "reality" as real.
11 - If you believe in the ego/nothing, then you think you feel you are going to feel fulfill? No
12 - The ego's game is 'search but do not fine'.
13 - Don't support/sacrifice your time/focus and energy to the ego. That will only make it grow in your life.
14 - The ego wants you to blame the outer world and those in it, because this way you give your power away to them making your feel powerless. The ego does not want you align with the All-Powerful.
15 - If you are feeling powerless it is because you are unconsciously allowing the ego to take control of your thoughts and thus of your mind and life.
16 - Say to yourself: "I will no longer support any thought that seems to separate me from an all loving God!"
17 - Either you poison yourself or heal yourself with every thought you think.
18 - The ego world is about one primary thing: distraction! How can it distract you from being a light in the world in each and every moment.
19 - Our one purpose in life is to be a light in the world in each moment and situation.
20 - Every person you meet, God is entrusting you with His child. If God trust you don't doubt yourself.
21 - You are not here to support death, not to add darkness to darkness, but instead to be a light in the world, to support life.
22 - Learn to guard your eyes and ears.
23 - Learn to stop ego thoughts as quickly as you can. The less time you spend with the ego, the less pain you will experience.
24 - Don't judge your feelings. The ego's wants you to judge yourself.
25 - Dealing with a friend's death/passing.
26 - ACIM: "What the ego uses to hurt the Holy Spirit uses to heal."
27 - Do/think what brings you peace and you will have peace.
28 - If fear is not real/true, could you ever truly fear fear.
29 - Ask to see this world Only as God/Love does. Before every interaction set that goal.
30 - If you don't see the love in someone else you are withholding it from yourself.
31 - Where ever you are God is. Just turn His way, towards Love.
32 - In any moment remind yourself: "I can choose peace in stead of this."

Lesson 163. There is no death. The Son of God is free.

1. Death is a thought that takes on many forms, often unrecognized. ²It may appear as sadness, fear, anxiety or doubt; as anger, faithlessness and lack of trust; concern for bodies, envy, and all forms in which the wish to be as you are not may come to tempt you. ³All such thoughts are but reflections of the worshipping of death as savior and as giver of release.

2. Embodiment of fear, the host of sin, god of the guilty and the lord of all illusions and deceptions, does the thought of death seem mighty. ²For it seems to hold all living things within its withered hand; all hopes and wishes in its blighting grasp; all goals perceived but in its sightless eyes. ³The frail, the helpless and the sick bow down before its image, thinking it alone is real, inevitable, worthy of their trust. ⁴For it alone will surely come.

3. All things but death are seen to be unsure, too quickly lost however hard to gain, uncertain in their outcome, apt to fail the hopes they once engendered, and to leave the taste of dust and ashes in their wake, in place of aspirations and of dreams...

4. Would you bow down to idols such as this?...

5. Unholy in defeat, he has become what death would have him be...

6. It is impossible to worship death in any form, and still select a few you would not cherish and would yet avoid, while still believing in the rest...

7. The idea of the death of God is so preposterous that even the insane have difficulty in believing it...

8. Death’s worshippers may be afraid...

9. Our Father, bless our eyes today....
