Revelation 6:1-2, 4-5, 8 (NIV)
"I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals… I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow… Another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth... I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales... I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him..."

In the Book of Revelation, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse emerge as powerful symbols of divine judgment unleashed upon the earth. Each horseman—representing conquest, war, famine, and death—signals a different form of destruction as part of God’s end-time plan. Together, they are harbingers of the final judgment, sent to fulfill prophecy and reveal the ultimate consequences of humanity's choices. Their presence calls for reflection on faith and a reminder of the hope that remains in God’s promises.
