Why is it important to have overflow drainage for your building?
Here’s an example where the primary drainage is plugged.
The overflow drainage is keeping the building safe.
Without regular maintenance, we find owners who are
• Concerned about building collapse.
• Worried that their roof life may be shortened.
• Frustrated because it’s preventable with regular inspections.

Don’t ignore your roof.

If you see a “Waterfall” coming from the Overflow Scuppers or Overflow Drainpipe from your roof, the primary drainage system for the building is likely blocked.

Immediate attention is required to clear the primary drainage system and prevent a dangerous condition with standing water on your buildings’ roof.

If you’d like to know more, or if a Preventive Maintenance Program to help eliminate these types of problems resonates with, let me know and I can set up a conversation.
