The 11 daily goals are:

1. Read a page or more of a book per day

2. Read a chapter or more of the Holy Bible per day

3. Push-ups everyday besides reasonable designated rest period days or similar exercise

4. Daily gardening

5. Clean as much or more than I mess up around the house

6. Avoid processed food

7. Avoid added sugar

8. Avoid unnecessary plastic particularly food wrappers

9. Avoid Internet browsing on the smartphone unnecessarily. It utilizes 4G and Wi-Fi. and lends itself to less awareness of time passing and activity compared to a regular PC.

10. Avoid utilizing generative "Artificial Intelligence" AI chatbots

11. Before doing any leisurely Internet usage, you must do one of the above or similar productive activities, (such as housecleaning, physical exercise, book or Holy Bible reading) and always be ahead in productive minutes compared to leisure minutes, which will remove exactly one minute from the productive minutes per minute of leisure activity.
