Subaru SVX almost runs-idles with the CAMS!!!

I overlooked the IAC wiring I modified trying to make this use a ford 2 wire IAC, turns out I had the black and white flipped so it was probably working opposite, opening when it wanted it to close, etc. I'm hoping if I turn up the idle a little it will stay running!
I did notice I had to hold the throttle open to get it to start, its possible I have too much fuel pressure (it did read rich, like 11-1)
