Tracy Minnesota Police Department has failed to act after the victim's father requested charges be pressed. Tracy police Chief Jason Lichty told the father The parents are friends of his and kids will be kids. The main aggressors family is friends of the police chief. The family is also Directly related to Lyon County Sheriff's Department (Main Detective) Anthony Rolling. Both Chief Jason Lichty and (Lyon County Detective) Anthony Rolling are also on Tracy Fire Department. This is a classic look the other way because of small town connections. People need to start speaking up and start calling every Tracy city council member, administrator and Person on any city office until the officials who failed to act are held responsible. Any city official who defends there stance in support of the Tracy police department are part of the problem. Time for a change, time for action, time for small town corruption to end so this town can grow.
