Rep. Ralph Norman condemns Sen. Padilla’s outburst at Noem presser: ‘He should’ve been thrown out’

Representative Ralph Norman (R-SC) condemns California Democrat Senator Alex Padilla’s behavior during Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s press conference in Los Angeles on Thursday. Sen. Padilla, who was not invited to the conference, was handcuffed and removed from the room after lunging at Noem and pushing law enforcement officers.
