Subjects Discussed:
1 - Note that the ego, its judgment centric fear based mindset always answers first. Learn to recognize this and stop fueling it.
2 - Our capacity to suffer is high but it is not without limit.
3 - Our challenges develop us into more compassionate, stronger and wiser beings.
4 - The Divine being Perfect Love would never offer you a challenge you could not handle and overcome.
5 - If God does not doubt you to be a light in this world, then don't doubt yourself.
6 - Self judgment and judgment of others is a program, we are here to de-program ourselves from thought we no longer want.
7 - You control/have final say over your level of peace or pain, through the thoughts you think and focus on.
8 - No longer invest your time, energy and focus on thoughts that do not deliver peace to your mind or joy to your heart.
9 - If a thought does not support you, why support it?
10 - Practice recognizing the ego's thoughts, then stop them and do the opposite of what the ego's is demanding.
11 - In every moment you chose between Heaven or Hell, Love or fear, peace or anger.
12 - You came here to be a light within the darkness in your own unique way.
13 - In each moment ask yourself: What expression of the light is needed right now?
14 - When you are choosing the light over the darkness you will feel a sense of fulfillment because you are doing what you were created by The Light to be.
15 - No matter the ego's drama, remind yourself, I can in any moment chose peace instead of this.
16 - You can't heal what you don't allow yourself to feel.
17 - It's ok to sit with the ego's tools, but at least feel how unlike they are to the loving truth in you.
18 - Allow the darkness to teach you who you are not and who you no longer desire to be.
19 - Practice taking personal responsibility for the thoughts you are entertaining.
20 - When you blame the outer world you become powerless over it. When you take personal responsibility for your thoughts you take your power back.
21 - When it feels difficult/you can't forgive someone, invite God to forgive them for you. Let God lead the way.
22 - The past is gone it can hurt you not.
23 - Only when you drag the past/past programming onto the now is were you obscure the gifts within the present moment.
24 - The past and future are connected to the ego. The past it uses to hold unto judgment, the future it uses to make you anxious and worried.
25 - Practice forgiving the past, placing the future in God's hands and returning to the now, where the peace and joy of God forever reside.
26 - Everyone you meet is God's teacher. Especially those who trigger you. Thank them for helping you recall who in truth you are and also who you no longer desire to be.
27 - When people trigger you, thank them(not necessarily out loud) for showing you the misperceptions you were holding within.
28 - Those in front of you are those have volunteered to help you heal. They are 1 out of 8 billion people. Be appreciative of them for this.
29 - Those who trigger you are in a way clearing you so that you can become the light of the world that God created you to be.
30 - When you look on others through love and non-judgment you begin to live Heaven on Earth.
31 - Each and every person is always doing the best they can with the emotional and spiritual tools they have in that specific moment.
32 - In traffic pray for those the ego would have you condemn, so that you can have peace.
33 - Grounding exercise to helps you release sadness.
34 - Creating a food journal to see how food affects you.

Daily Inspiration: May 8. No Longer Judge Yourself for Being Human – Condensed Version

The ego’s world tries to get us to judge ourself and others in so many ways throughout the day. Most of us end up picking up and buying into its way of thinking, and thus make the ego’s mindset our own. As long as we continue to buy into its mindset, our judgmental thoughts, conflicts and chaos will increase, while our peace of mind and joy will decrease. Yet do not despair. For this way of thinking does not reflect the truth in us. The ego’s ways, being unnatural to us, cannot last. The ego and its mindset are self-destructive in nature. The more time we spend entertaining the ego and its false concepts, the more we will see how unaligned they are to our loving essence and nature. Our capacity to suffer may be high, but it is not without limit. The more we see how damaging the ego is, the more we will choose to depart from its way of thinking.

Today, practice not judging yourself for being human. All of your life experiences have made you the stronger, wiser and more compassionate person that you are today. When you are experiencing a challenge, you might not realize that you are developing into this stronger, wiser and more compassionate person....
