Watched AEW Summer Blockbuster, and it was a TOTAL rollercoaster — believe me. Will Ospreay and Swerve went the full 30 minutes, no winner! SAD ending, but they were ready to go again... until the Death Riders showed up. Then the Young Bucks attacked — they brought THUMBTACK SHOES — total savages — and Ospreay took the hit for Swerve. Heroic! Mistico vs. Blake Christian? Joke booking. Mistico’s a top star and they give him a nobody? Come on, Tony! Hurt Syndicate came out after — MJF vs. Mistico in Arena Mexico is going to be HUGE. Then we had a great six-man tag, Hurt Syndicate beat JetSpeed — MJF stole Mascara Dorada’s mask like a real heel — I respect it.
Hangman Page couldn’t even speak before Moxley and Death Riders jumped him. Typical. Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford? Lost to TayJay. Not bad. Then we got Omega vs. Okada — just a contract signing, but a nasty beatdown. Omega coughed up blood! Not good! Kyle Fletcher beat Bowens with a brainbuster. Very physical. Then Carlos Cabrera brought out Atlantis — a real legend, folks. FTR wanted to PILEDRIVE him, but Adam Cole saved the day. Brody King cleared house.
Toni Storm got a win, then Mercedes Mone showed up — the boss, very rich — attacked her, then took out Mina too. Very rude, very strong. The Willow team beat the MxM boys and Taya — but the match? Not great. Let’s be honest. Bandido hit a wild top rope World’s Strongest Slam to beat Beast Mortos — amazing! And Thekla beat Queen Aminata with the Deathtrap. Cool move!
Finally, Don Callis Family got the win over Paragon and Daniel Garcia. The show? Too long. But chaotic, violent — the way AEW likes it.
