Sen. Alex Padilla just sprinted onto a stage while Kristi Noem was speaking, because apparently that's what politics is now.
Security tried to stop him, but he fought back (brilliant move), so FBI agents tackled him and put him in handcuffs.
Noem didn't storm off. She's now having a private meeting with the guy who literally just caused a scene.
