A Brief Book Review of A Death On Location by The Reverend Richard Coles.
It's another sleuthing adventure for Canon Daniel Clement and DS Neil Vanloo.
This time it's 1990 and the whole village of Champton is involved in a Hollywood movie being filmed at Champton House. The set is an elaborate masque set in the 1600's with farthingales, gowns and crowns a plenty .
One of the local extras ,Margaret playing Candace ,Queen of the Ethiopians complains about feeling a stitch , which turns out to be a stab wound and suddenly the film set is a murder scene.
Can Daniel and Neil find the killer ? Was Margaret the intended victim ?
Another great cosy crime murder mystery from Richard Coles.
