WTF?! Hillary Clinton may have a body double!

Many world leaders have body doubles and Hillary must be one of them.

So, why do some famous celebrities and politicians look different in photos?
Are they body doubles?
Is it cosmetic surgery?
Is it a mask?
or....?
There's also CGI.

I've been a professional caricature artist for over 35 years and I've drawn thousands of faces. Frustratingly, I wonder why it takes me longer to draw certain famous people. This made me curious and after some research I found a lot of celebrities and world leaders look quite different in photos. Then I discovered some had body doubles for security. Of course, why wouldn't you, but how fascinating.
