The City of San Diego needs to do an emergency audit of Tent City due to the deaths and sexual assaults happening on a regualr basis. Dreams for Change contract that is set to be extended in the very near future must be canceled and defunded. Dr. Teresa Smith is in breach of contract and must be held accountable.
