WTF!? Joe Biden's face looks really different!!!!

Some famous celebrities and politicians look different in photos, why!?
Are they body doubles?
Is it cosmetic surgery?
Is it a mask?
or....?

I've been a professional caricature artist for over 35 years and I've drawn thousands of faces. Frustratingly, I wonder why I can't draw certain famous people. Then I found out some had body doubles for security. Of course why wouldn't you. This made me curious and so I did some research and found a lot of celebrities and politicians look quite different.
