HOOT HOOT! Got me a question here. Are you a CFI of any kind? Stunt Pilot? Experienced aviator? Hell, even a game programmer?

I discovered that by putting in full 40-degree flaps on the PA 28 181 in MSFS 2020, I can simulate a pretty good spin stall while attempting slow-flight maneuvers. I’m wondering if this is “viable-ish” way of simulating actual spin stalls?

Of course the sim will never match the real thing, but I’m wondering if it can be of any sort of educational use? Or is it just some fun little parlor trick due to weird game programming?
