During Senator Jake Hoffman's Press Conference on June 10th 2025 at the Arizona State Capitol, Senator Hoffman introduced the two candidates Dr. Ralph Heap and Rep. David Marshall Running 2026: GOP Candidates to Announce Primary Challenge to Incumbent Corporation Commissioners.

However, during the Q&A , A local reporter By the name of Ms. Christy Kelley asked a question to the candidates, right out of nowhere A seasoned reporter Mr. Howard Fischer from the Capitol Media goes out loud, you must be a plant "ASKING THIS QUESTION" after she asked the question, at that point everyone heard it from the presser as well the as the candidates. After that point Rep. David Marshall canceled Howard Fischer's question when it was his turn to speak. However, after the mishap another Reporter R.C. Maxwell you see in the video approached Mr Fischer and confronted him as Ms. Kelley tagged along and both were speaking to him. What was greater than great, Mr. Howard Fischer automatically Apologizes to Ms. Kelley and Kelly accepts the apologies and that was WIN WIN Situations.
