Title 10 authority

Yes trump has authority to inaction title 10 of the U.S. code in support to protect federal law enforcement and federal property, but cannot be used to enforce laws, the next step which trump also has authority is to enact the insurrection act which gives the military law enforcement assistance authority.
California and other states need to understand the laws better before crying foul when they fail to act accordingly during riots against federal assets and obstruction of federal law enforcement working in the best interest of of US Citizens.
