Easy dessert in 5 minutes without oven! No bake chocolate cake
This easy chocolate cake is my summer favorite. You can serve it straight from the freezer and it is very tasty. You only need 5 minutes and a few ingredients to make this easy dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
300 ml cream
70-90g sugar
a pinch of salt
200g cookies
100 g hazelnuts
3 tsp cocoa (optional)
150 g couverture chocolate
70g butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Orange peel
30 ml cognac (optional)
For the ganache
100 g couverture chocolate
70 ml hot cream
